Picnic Table Kits
Our Picnic Table Bolt-together kits are designed for the do it yourselfer. Designed for easy bolt-together assembly and low cost shipping this kit is truly for anyone that is handy with a drill and simple hand tools. Our Bolt-together Picnic Tables are built from Galvanized or Painted 1 1/2" Square Tubing and come complete with all hardware needed to assemble the complete Picnic Table Frame. Picnic Table Kits come complete with detailed assembly instructions. Picnic Table kits can be purchased either with or without drilled finished Yellow or Treated Pine (kits purchased without wood require wood to be drilled in order to install on table top and bench.

Allows user to choose any 2"x 10"x 8' lumber they prefer (Yellow Pine, Treated Pine etc.....)
Classic Picnic Table Kit
Our Classic Picnic Table Kit was designed and built for the do-it yourselfer. The Classic Picnic Table Kit is built from Heavy Wall 1 1/2" Square Tubing and can be ordered with a Galvanized Finish, Galvanized with paint color of choice Painted Finish or a Painted Finish. The Classic Kit comes with 2 fully welded Table Ends, 2- 1" Square Tube Braces and 1- 1 1/4" Center Table Brace. All Holes are predrilled so once the frame is assembled all you do is set your wood of choice on top of the frame, drill through the wood at the predrilled hole locations and slide the Galvanized Bolts through the holes and tighten.

Picnic Table Kit Assembly Instructions:
1. Locate the four bent 1 1/12" End Frame Tubes and lay 2 sets of tubes out side by side as shown in the picture.
2. Locate the two 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" Angle Iron Table Top-Ends and place at the tops of the two sets of End Tubes as shown in the picture. Align the holes in the angle End Pieces with the holes in the End Tubes and insert two 3/8" x 2" Galvanized Bolts, Lock Washers and Nuts. Tighten finger tight.
3. Locate the two 1" x 1" square Brace Tubes. Insert one brace tube into each end frame as shown in the picture. Locate two 3/8" x 5 1/2" Galvanized Bolts, Lock Washers and Nuts and insert one bolt per end frame through the End Frame Tubes and Brace Tubes and tighten finger tight.
